Hope Center Houston Limited Reopening

While our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests, staff and volunteers, our homeless community is still in dire need of our services.  To continue our mission of feeding the homeless, we serve a hot lunch on the front porch of the Center and deliver mail between 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  Manna bags are provided for the weekends. Our Center is open for services such as counseling, showers, clothes washing and clothes pickup by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.  Masks and proper social distancing are required and practiced.

We are in need of breakfast items Monday-Friday.  Currently, we are serving about 30 guests each morning. Please check the link below if you wish to provide items for breakfast.

Thank you!

Our greatest need at this time is monetary donations.  Please contribute whatever you can to help us continue our mission.  We ask that you continue your prayers for our vulnerable community.

Homelessness is a minor setback, for a major comeback!

What a wonder-filled evening of food, fellowship, and fun we all had celebrating our volunteers on Monday, March 28 at Lasagna House - 1960.  Thanks to the generosity of Erika Anzaldua Callison of ExxonMobil and Matt Vernon of Lasagna House - 1960, we ate, drank, laughed, hugged, and celebrated all the volunteers of Hope Center Houston in grand style. Special thanks to Stephanie Howlett and Anais Watsky for their hard work and labor of love that made the evening possible.  Come volunteer at Hope Center Houston and see what you are missing!

Hope Center Houston was blessed with an amazing concert Saturday, March 26th by the Cypress Symphonic Band at Lakewood United Methodist Church. The sanctuary was nearly full, with an abundance of Hope Center Houston board members, volunteers, and community friends in attendance. The music, beginning with the Ukrainian National Anthem, was as breathtaking as it was entertaining, and the love offering was more than generous. Thanks to everyone for joining us!
